About

A dual-certified Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. I opened Dreava Health because I wanted women in midlife to finally have a place where they feel heard, understood, and cared for in a thoughtful, individualized way.

Like many women, I didn’t recognize the early signs of perimenopause myself. I experienced hot flashes, brain fog, and difficulty sleeping—and at the time, I didn’t understand the connection. That personal experience changed the way I think about midlife care and strengthened my commitment to helping women understand what is happening in their bodies long before they reach menopause.

After years of working in a traditional, rushed medical setting and experiencing it myself, I wanted to create a better approach. At Dreava Health, I take my time, listen closely, and work in true partnership with each patient. My care style is personalized, calm, compassionate, and grounded in science. I want you to feel comfortable telling your story and confident in the plan we create together through shared decision-making.

I have spent more than 20 years as a family and acute care nurse practitioner, caring for critically ill patients in cardiothoracic surgery and acute care. Prevention wasn’t part of that world, even though I always felt drawn to nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and supporting people in maintaining their long-term health. Those years strengthened my clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills, and they also revealed how much traditional healthcare overlooks in supporting whole-person, preventive midlife care. That perspective shapes the way I practice today and the meaningful connection I bring to every visit at Dreava Health.
